Requirements

Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environmentsA supportive, people-first leadership styleStrong communication and problem-solving skills High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nightsA safe way to travel to and from late shiftsWhether you’ve managed a team before or supported one informally, we’ll help you grow into the role.
