About this role

The Revenue & Yield Management teams develop and guide the revenue strategy for multiple brands across the Disney Portfolio. The team models, measures, sets and executes these strategies by marketplace, in parallel with identifying consistencies across the business that will better inform cross portfolio packaging and sales. The Commercial and Sponsorship Scheduler will work collaboratively across DAS, Network Control, Programming and Technology to ensure accurate delivery and proper execution of all domestic network commercial logs as it relates to both media spots and sponsorship. Will help identify and recommend changes needed internally as it relates to business needs and strategy shifts. Responsibilities and Duties of • Directly manage day to day functions of commercial scheduling and sponsorship team. Demonstrates complete proficiency in all team day to day functions/processes. • Coordinate added value sponsorship elements including logos, animations and voiceover to ensure accurate broadcasting of sales elements. Works closely with SBS on sales obligations and feature sheets to be provided to Production for on-air execution. • Execute client requests/deal points, client supplied placement, billboard and feature information, live episode formats, sport guidelines, product exclusivity, and fair and equal rotation of ad sales commercial inventory. Produce and publish domestic network commercial logs. • Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation. Remain available for inventory questions by network control and other constituents. • Remain open and available for department initiatives as needed including (but not limited to), employee training and IT enhancement testing. Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training: • 2+ professional experience, media experience a plus • Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize multiple projects • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills.
