As a Construction Manager, you will lead a talented Construction Management team through major projects and a multi-million-dollar portfolio, serving as a key partner in aligning scope, schedule, budget, and execution. This role offers the opportunity to guide complex work from planning through delivery while collaborating with clients, operations teams, vendors, and project partners across a world-class destination. You will report to the Senior Manager, Construction Management, Buena Vista Construction Company This is a Full Time Position. Responsibilities • Lead the Construction Management team through all aspects of delivering major projects and a multi-million-dollar portfolio of construction projects. • Work with estimating, scheduling, and resourcing to develop the implementation plan. • Partner with construction operations and the assigned superintendents in delivering project goals. • Develop and negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements. • Process and project information in the construction management system. • Lead project team meetings with all involved partners and stakeholders. • Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Prepare and present project progress to senior executive leadership. • Develop metrics and controls to meet project objectives. • Support team members to be highly effective while developing them for future opportunities. • Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives.
