SUMMARY: Disney Kids & Family is a unit of Disney Entertainment Television, which oversees development and production of content geared towards kids, teens and families for Disney+, Disney Channel, Disney Jr and Disney XD. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives on the film and television team, working closely with production, creative, and finance partners across a broad slate of projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who can manage a fast-paced, dynamic workload while maintaining the confidentiality and attention to detail required in a high-profile entertainment environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting executives in film or television and is comfortable navigating the unique rhythms of development, production, and post-production calendars. Responsibilities • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for one or more executives, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, table reads, screenings, production check-ins, and travel across multiple time zones • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, including studios, producers, talent representatives, and agencies, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, for production-related trips and location visits • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive(s) • Track and help manage department budgets, expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders in partnership with Production Finance • Organize and maintain production schedules, script drafts, casting materials, and other time-sensitive documents, ensuring version control and confidentiality • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including scripted and unscripted development sessions, greenlight meetings, and pitch meetings •…
