The HR Business Partner (IA) serves as a skilled and proficient HR generalist supporting clients within the Unified Marketing teams and operating across the enterprise. In this role, you will operate as an independent worker and effective problem-solver, partnering with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business goals, foster an engaging work environment, and support world-class storytellers and innovators across a global, leading-edge entertainment company. Responsibilities As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Unified Marketing functions using your full expertise in HR to anticipate needs, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic, data-informed guidance. You will work independently with minimal guidance, mentor colleagues with less experience, and lead small projects with manageable risk, helping to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change initiatives that support Disney's innovative, collaborative, and globally connected culture. This role matters because it ensures HR solutions are aligned across the enterprise, enabling consistent, effective support for marketing and corporate teams and requiring strong consulting, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Partner with leaders across the Unified Marketing functions to harmonize business goals with employee needs and deliver integrated HR solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. Use business knowledge to anticipate workforce needs, identify emerging people trends, and provide insights and recommendations that encourage new perspectives and innovative approaches. Support and guide change initiatives, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity by finding creative, practical solutions to complex HR and organizational challenges. Analyze HR and workforce data, evaluate risks, and develop recommendations that inform decisions on talent, organization design, and employee experience.
