This role works closely with local creators, producers, and cross-functional partners across APAC and global teams to build a slate of high-quality, distinctive Korean Originals that resonate locally and connect with audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strong creative sensibility, deep market knowledge, and production management experience with the ability to champion bold ideas through a collaborative and structured process. Responsibilities Development / Pre-production / Set-up • Identify, evaluate, and develop scripted and unscripted ideas with strong creative identity and global appeal • Collaborate with writers, directors, producers, and studios to refine story direction, characters, tone, and format • Guide projects through Disney’s development and greenlight process, aligning creative vision with strategic goals Production / Delivery Oversight • Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-production through post, ensuring creative excellence, efficiency, and brand alignment • Partner with internal teams including Production Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to maintain schedules, budgets, and workflows • Manage potential production and reputational risks, ensuring compliance with Disney’s global standards and sensitivities Partnership / Relationship Management • Build and sustain trusted relationships with Korea’s creative community — including writers, producers, and…
