Sr Building Manager

The Facilities Asset Management (FAM) Senior Building Manager is a skilled and proficient facilities professional responsible for overseeing building services and operational processes across a significant on-property portfolio, enabling resident departments to focus on delivering exceptional Disney Experiences for our Walt Disney World Resort and Park guests and cast members. Operating as an independent worker and effective problem-solver, this role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal partners, ensuring safe, reliable, and guest-ready facilities that support Disney's immersive theme parks, resorts, and vacation environments. This role will report to the Building & Property Management (B&PM) Property Manager for on-property building operations Responsibilities In this role, you will manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance strategies, safety compliance, and tenant experience for a large or complex portion of the building portfolio, which may include multiple buildings or 700K+ square feet of space. You will lead vendor performance, coordinate building projects and capital improvements, and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and emergencies.
