We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Manager/Product Owner Tech to lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Studio and Production Office applications that support The Walt Disney Studios. This role elevates traditional technical business analysis into an AI-empowered, strategic product position, leveraging current and emerging technologies to drive meaningful improvements in production office workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in production workflow and technology, creating solutions that return valuable time to the creative process. Responsibilities • Engage with business clients or other product teams within the organization to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate needs into actionable acceptance criteria and prototypes. • In close partnership with leadership and business stakeholders, develop and execute the product vision and roadmap across internal applications, customized Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) options, and licensed SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. • Using AI-assisted coding tools, build and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Establish and evolve new AI-enabled workflows, including integration of LLM-powered tools and agents. • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities.
