About the Role & Team The Studios Publicity & Events team is at the heart of bringing The Walt Disney Company’s stories, talent and brands to audiences across EMEA. As Supervisor, Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events that connect our businesses, partners and audiences through memorable experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Events & Studios EMEA PR, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events across EMEA, with a primary focus on cross line-of-business (X-LOB) activity while also supporting Studios publicity events. From venue sourcing and logistics management to stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground delivery, you will help ensure events are executed seamlessly, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive events professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. Responsibilities • Lead the planning and delivery of cross line-of-business (X-LOB) events across the UK and EMEA, partnering with multiple Disney businesses and functions. • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, production, AV, travel, accommodation and transport arrangements. • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules and run-of-show documentation to support seamless execution. • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across Publicity, Marketing, Communications, EMEA market teams and wider business partners to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging and delivery requirements. • Support the delivery of Studios publicity events, including screenings, premieres, junkets, talent activity and awards campaigns. • Act as a…
