<p>A24's TV Marketing team is looking for a designer who is both creative and strategic and able to break through the streaming marketplace with innovative campaign assets. This is primarily a creative role responsible for ideating and designing marketing assets across A24's TV slate.

The role also includes some operational and administrative support and is based in our Los Angeles office. </p> <p>Concept & Art Direction</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with various team members, external agencies, and production partners on developing marketing creative strategies and materials.</li> <li>Ideate original creative marketing concepts for A24 TV titles - including key art, social, and experiential </li> <li>Collaborate and partner with the team on key art photoshoots and social capture shoots - including creative briefs, reference decks, and on-set art direction support</li> </ul> <p>Design & Production</p> <ul> <li>Design and produce a wide range of campaign deliverables such as key art, title treatments, moodboards, social content (statics, GIFs, A/V), paid media assets, and FYC creative</li> <li>Select and stylistically treat photography and screengrabs to align with campaign creative direction</li> <li>Design and maintain internal presentations and marketing overview decks that communicate the team's creative vision to stakeholders across the company.</li> </ul> <p>Creative Operations</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain visual asset libraries for all TV titles</li> <li>Support campaign tracking through content calendars and international marketing deliverable trackers</li> <li>Assist with vendor invoicing and budget tracking to keep projects moving without friction</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in key art or social design, such as an in-house creative for network studio or brand agency</li> <li>Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite</li> <li>Knowledge of Premiere or Avid a plus </li> <li>Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Bring a strong creative vision and sharp sense of taste, setting the bar for what great work looks like across campaigns and raising the quality of every touchpoint</li> <li>Understanding of the TV streaming landscape and how to create unique branding and design that breaks through the marketplace. </li> </ul> <p>We are looking for diverse perspectives.

We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
