This policy applies to employers or organisations purchasing paid job listings or promotional services.
1. Payments
Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods supported by our billing provider.
2. No Automatic Refunds
All payments for job listings, featured posts, or promotional services are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only if:

A technical error prevented the listing from going live

Duplicate charges occurred

The Website was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
