Overview JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to join our team and support the delivery of global production projects, primarily for PepsiCo and other international clients. In this role, you'll work closely with senior account and production stakeholders, helping coordinate projects throughout the entire production lifecycle while ensuring that timelines, documentation, approvals, and financial administration are managed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in project coordination, production, or administration who is looking to build a career in a fast-paced international agency environment. You'll gain exposure to global production workflows, collaborate with teams across multiple markets, and develop both production management and financial administration expertise. What you'll do Support the day-to-day management of global production projects, primarily for PepsiCo Coordinate activities across pre-production, production, and post-production phases Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project milestones Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records Support multiple client projects with production and operational coordination Identify potential risks, delays, or missing information and escalate them when needed Manage production-related financial administration, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation Coordinate communication with vendors, production partners, Finance, and Procurement teams Ensure all project and financial records are complete, organized, and up to date What we are looking for 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, administration, or a similar role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across international teams Comfortable handling financial and contractual documentation Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams Experience in advertising, production, marketing, or agency environments is an advantage Familiarity with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination is a plus Proactive, reliable, and eager-to-learn mindset Why you'll love it here?
