  • Keep systems sharp: Ensure that all project data, milestones, and updates are accurate and always up to date.
  • Champion excellence: Set and uphold top-tier quality standards across subtitling, audio mixing, picture editing, mastering, QC and delivery.
  • Elevate the workflow: Identify and lead opportunities to streamline processes and deliver a smoother, smarter operational experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can zoom out for big-picture strategy and zoom in for precise detail.
  • A collaborative, senior mindset and the relationship-building skills to align teams and clients effortlessly.
  • Significant experience in account management, project management, post-production, localization, or a senior customer-facing role.
  • An understanding of end‑to‑end workflows, from script to screen is an advantage.

If you’re ready to lead a team delivering service excellence and making every project shine brighter than the last — we want to meet you.
