The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team across Disney Theatrical Group’s Broadway productions and North American touring productions. This role assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, creative assets, and administrative tasks that ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director, Marketing with a dotted line to the Directors, Regional Engagements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines. Responsibilities Campaign, Creative & Asset Coordination • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across Broadway and touring productions. • Support tracking of timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. • Assist with the production, trafficking, and distribution of marketing assets across print, digital, tv, radio, social, outdoor, and in-theatre channels. Route the creative materials for approval to internal teams and external partners. • Localize email and SMS marketing templates and traffic for approval and deployment. • Maintain and distribute creative files to internal teams, agencies, vendors, and theatrical partners. • Assist in maintaining asset management systems and websites, and ensure proper organization and archiving of marketing materials.
