This is a remote opportunity reporting to our Sr. Manager, Production. Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team to bring interactive experiences to life • Maintain and track the feature team's schedule using project management tools • Own key rituals on the team such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and playtests • Remove blockers and keep everyone aligned and motivated • Serve as a key collaborator and communicator within the development team, providing crucial problem-solving and organizational expertise • Engage with internal and external partners, including other production leaders, to plan, coordinate, and track development across the entire experience. • Champion the production vision for the project within Disney, working with various internal partners to coordinate asset and brand approvals • Drive the completion of goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across the team Required Qualifications and Skills: • 5 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment • Possess a deep understanding of high-quality game development, including a strong familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools • Excel at building strong relationships, working through challenging problems, and reaching consensus to…
