We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives, including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney! This role sits in the Commercial Growth & Optimization organization within Technology for Disney Experiences. It works closely with various disciplines from across the company, including but not limited to marketing, public relations, legal, call center operations, and other partnering technology groups. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Manager, Product Management-Funnel Optimization. About The Role & Team • This team owns the product strategy for a shared cart and checkout product experience across web and mobile app platforms. This role will partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial stakeholders to deliver a reliable, high-converting, and scalable experience. • Success requires established competency working with eCommerce transactional products — cart and checkout flows, payment processing, and conversion optimization and experimentation — along with the data and technical fluency to evaluate trade-offs, and the leadership skill to align cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
