Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Snr Producer to play a senior, client-facing role within Intermission Film's US business, with a particular focus on AV and digital content. This is a role for someone with excellent creative judgement, strong industry relationships and the experience to become a genuinely trusted partner to our clients.

Someone who understands the creative process, can confidently lead conversations with senior stakeholders and knows how to bring out the best in both the work and the people delivering it. You'll be a senior presence within our New York team, helping develop our producers, strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.

The priority is building trust through great work, creative thinking and strong client partnerships, while playing an active role in developing new business. This role is based on-site in our Manhattan office with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. The salary for this position is $120k - $140K per annum, depending on experience.

• Build and develop strong relationships with key US clients, becoming a trusted senior partner who understands their priorities, challenges and creative ambitions.
• Lead client conversations across AV, trailers, promos and digital content, bringing confidence, creative understanding and sound judgement to every stage of a project.
• Work closely with Creative leads to shape briefs, develop ideas, challenge thinking constructively and ensure we are consistently producing the strongest possible work.
• Act as a senior producer on key campaigns, overseeing the creative and production process from initial brief and pitch through to final delivery.
• Be a visible and respected senior presence within the New York team, mentoring producers, sharing experience and helping develop their creative judgement, confidence and client management skills.
• Take ownership of key client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to develop accounts, expand our offering and build longer-term partnerships.
• Play an active role in new business development, building industry relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches, presentations and new client wins.
• Provide calm, experienced leadership when navigating complex projects, challenging creative feedback or sensitive client situations.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Production and wider teams across our global offices, ensuring clients benefit from the best talent and capabilities across Intermission.
• Maintain strong commercial oversight of projects, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, delivery quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Significant senior producing experience within a creative agency or entertainment marketing environment, with a strong background in AV, trailers, promos and digital content for film and television.
• Established credibility with senior clients across studios, streamers, broadcasters or distributors, with a demonstrable ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Excellent creative judgement and a strong understanding of storytelling, editorial and the creative development process, with the confidence to contribute meaningfully to creative conversations.
• A proven ability to lead complex campaigns, manage senior client expectations and navigate creative challenges with confidence and diplomacy.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, develop talent and raise the standard of work across a team.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of growing client accounts, recognising opportunities and contributing to new business development.
• A calm, collaborative and confident approach, with the experience to balance creative ambition, client relationships and commercial priorities while working within a global agency.
